Boxbee is a Godsend to me - they have de-cluttered my incredibly small home and helped store my boyfriend's worldly possessions without bankrupting us. The real clincher is when I had a family emergency and they not only accommodated my extenuating circumstances but inquired about my family member's well-being. That's not just service, that's genuine compassion - something you rarely see in business these days.

Boxbee has been amazing! They always answer their phones promptly. Extremely affordable and efficient. And they went above and beyond to help my moving process. Even though I was out of their normal delivery area, they came out to the east bay to drop off and pick up boxes with only the extra charge of the bridge toll. And they gave me a very descript and affordable quote for shipping my boxes. I've dealt with other storage companies over the years and Boxbed has been the BEST, without a doubt. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to store miscallenous stuff. -very happy customer. :)

Ridiculously convenient. They deliver the bins to you and pick them up and store them for under $10 a bin! It's very convenient especially for moving. Perfect for the city. Plus, the customer service is really top notch. I would highly recommend.
