They are just amazing, customer service was fast and reliable just like their shipping method. Even though my order was somewhat troublesome for them, they managed to help me out and on getting my stuff. I have to point out the customer service, it is chat-based with instant replies, helpful, friendly, informative and overall just amazing. I reccomend the service with no doubts at all.

I am very happy that I found a solution to a problem which some of my collegagues told me would be "Mission Impossible": to buy and ship quite unique materials and equipment for a research project on a small Caribbean island fast and reliably. With BoxonWings I have just found that. There direct and personal customer support distinguishes them from anonymous large scale competitors. I will definitely use this excellent service again and again.
