Products ineligible for return
Products came in a timely manner but did not fit. Insert sheet indicated products could be returned. Turns out they were not eligible for return, so why the sheet was inserted is puzzling at best. I think an ineligibility for return statement should pop up as a warning prior to finalizing purchase.

Great fitting sock
Great fitting sock. Nerve pain in feet 85% better at night. Ordering more today. I had spine fusion that cause neuropathy in my feet

Confusing Sizing Chart
Made sure to get measured multiple times and match it to the sizing chart, and i still received two braces that do not fit at all and I am not able to return them and I am now out of all that money.

While some braces fit well for certain individuals, others may find the sizing or design unsuitable due to differences in leg shape and movement. It makes my knee sweat a lot So I constantly have sweat dripping down my leg. I have to pull it up
