Delivery was quick and the pelvic brace…
Delivery was quick and the pelvic brace is just as described. I put it on today to try it and adjust it,it is very comfortable, I couldn't even tell i had it on,only had on for 2 hours to try.i will wear it 8 hours tomorrow at work,hope all goes well.Thank you

Inability to ship to my home in Thailand was disappointing
Seems like a great product. I live in Thailand, and when I filled in the information for shipping, the site simply gave no options for payment and said to choose a different shipping address. When I put my sister's address in Florida, the order was accepted. First, the lack of clear explanation about the issue is problematic. Second, the inability to arrange international delivery is frustrating. Third, I now have to wait until October, when I visit my sister, to start using the product (knee brace).

Unhappy with the return process
Although he replied to my email, he simply apologized and offered no way to fix the issue so my review stands thank you very much Unhappy with the return process. It was nine dollars shipping to get it to me in order for me to return it. I have to pay $8.10. They’re not gonna refund any of my shipping. I ordered the large, which is what it said would fit a size 8 to 9 and I’m an 8 1/2 could not even get my foot into it so I’m gonna hang onto it simply because I’m not gonna do all that stuff and have to pay more shipping to send it back unhappy, unhappy, unhappy will not order again

It was great to have a clear size chart…
It was great to have a clear size chart for the braces and extended information about them. This was a great choice to get the back braces in the desired size. There are also several options for plantar fasciitis braces.
