When I first purchased the bracelab in a medium, it was very tight fitting. So i should have replaced it but it’s loosing up a little, but it protects my etc. thumb for now until I purchase a larger one. But it dies what it supposed to do

I measured according to your directions but it was too tight around my thumb. I did much better with an over the counter wrist /thumb brace

Service was fast and when the brace didn't fit properly, they exchanged it and sent the replacement quickly. The customer service rep was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend doing business with this company.
