Helpful in explaining fitting brace
Helpful with return and talking through fit of brace. Ended up trying it before returning and am keeping this size

Bracelab is very helpful
Bracelab is very helpful by phone or thru their website and printed instructions re use of my push -pull thumb brace. The brace itself helps my arthritis pain immensely- thanks!

Products came quickly and when
Products came quickly and when I discovered one brace was too small the company quickly sent me a return label to send it back. Once they received the brace, they sent me another brace in the correct size. I was impressed with the great customer service!!!
