Perfect for stabilizing my wrist.

I received very fast and helpful service. Unfortunately the Push MetaGrip was very uncomfortable to wear on my right hand, I have very sensitive skin and the straps on top of the hand were just digging in too much. Of course I tried to adjust it, my husband also tried, but it did not work even though it was definitely the right size for me. So I had to return it. This was very easy to do and I received a response from BraceLab as soon as they got the return. Thank you for dealing with this professionally and in a timely manner.

Your product does what it claims to do. I have days when my pain is 0 using the Push Meta grip splint.

It works but without an underlying protective soft liner - it is impossible to wear / tolerate for more than a few hours - forget doing any work using that hand unless have a liner. The top rim of the plastic cuts into the palm and index finger - and where the two velcro straps join the plastic brace at the SLOTS ( so it is thicker there - CUTS into the hand until it bleeds. Brace NEEDS an additional separate liner - fingerless glove - whether made of improvised patchwork moleskin bandage - or another thin "brace" made of some form of cloth / neoprene). When it is so expensive $100+ (!) - cannot risk experimenting on the PUSH brace itself - to shave away bits then try to re-smooth it - or try to heat it and not destroy it ( need to buy a heat gun and other gloves). Trying to find a "therapist" where I am is a lost cause ( who will charge $150+ and insist on using THEIR new brace -and then "experiment - with ZERO experience or skill - when it is "best effort" no replacements or further modifications - forget it - then have to PAY the therapist another $150+ too for their time (!). Is just not viable. Delivery and the item itself etc are all fine. Price is EXTREMELY high for what it is - a piece of plastic with some velcro attached. For the price - there should at least be a once off no questions asked 6 month or 12 month replacement if/when the velcro is ruined or some other issue -- would cost them nothing. Likely the mfg cost is < $10 ( incl the fancy box). Read this and DO something. Eg - thin neoprene cellphone gloves for joggers with fingers cut off -- BUT with the edge stitched so will not unravel. And the 1 free replacement - so experimenting/ trying to modify is an option. Read this and DO something. Thank you.
