The brace is made with high quality materials and the strap wraps around and goes through a loop that allows you to pull back on it and cinch it down with as much pressure as needed to keep the patella in place.

Both my wife and myself have had knee pain, we are trying to do the Camino Santiago, I am almost 69, she is almost 68. We both have lived active lifestyles, and were wondering if we had waited too late to walk th Camino. After getting the knee brace, our pain disappeared and now we are looking forward to hiking through Portugal and Spain in April
