While ordering had a message saying free shipping will be applied at check out. Selected USPS for shipping then went to check out saw the shipping was free. Went to check out had messaging saying shipping option was not selected (which it was). Tried 4 times got same message. Went back and Reselected USPS then was charged $8.99 for shipping.

The Brace Lab website is very user friendly. I love the MetaGrip splint. I have expressed preference for the original strapping ( more comfortable and wears well ). I have used the sports thumb brace less often due to demographics. I truly appreciate the Clinical Pearls or cues and the friendly and efficient customer service. Thank you all.

I checked Amazon first, but the didn't have the right size and it was more expensive. I was happily surprised to be able to purchase the product from the company that makes it and to get free shipping too.
