Push brace. Collects dirt in Velcro straps. Difficult to clean. Contacted company and was told to wash in a washer bag. Tried this and pieces of saw dust still remains on Velcro. Eventually, I can see Velcro no longer holding.

I bought this brace hoping I could avoid a custom made brace. It did not work. It did not provide enough support for my thumb and it irritated places on my hand.

This device is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what it is, I have other ones that work better for 3 times less! It’s uncomfortable and I feel it doesn’t help or do anything. I bought it because the doctors office told me to. But I’m not happy with it at all.

I had ordered the wrong size and when I called to ask what I can do to exchange it your representative told me that there was no problem. He sent me a postage paid shipping label and said to send in the wrong one and they would exchange it. I received the large one and it fits perfect and has helped my thumb pain. This is a great company with great customer service.

It took me a little while to get used to and decide if it was helping. I have had for two weeks now and I do feel wearing it at night is beginning to help.
