Measured it according to instructions and ordered size 2. Followed fit instructions but can’t get a snug fit and thumb rubs causing skin irritation

I bought it for times when I need to do more intense work with my hands and the strap portion digs into my skin. I’m going to try some padding to see if that makes it more comfortable. Otherwise it’s one of the more comfortable braces I’ve tried.

The brace came very quickly and was packaged well. It turns out that the size was too small so I returned it for a larger size. When I called customer service the return process was some, quick and easy. I am waiting for the new brace at this time.

The brace is not well designed. After wearing it for a while presses uncomfortably against the skin between thumb and forefinger. It has an excess of sticky fabric which catches on clothing. The color is ugly. As it comes in multiple sizes it would be better if it was constructed with wider straps across the back of the hand, and with less of the bristly fabric.
