My kid said some kids were not willing to share or take turn. He did not have a chance to play. Some disappointments. Also, no class schedule/outline. no idea what did they do. What did they learn.

BEWARE- In my experience- They will steal your money and WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. This program is scam, there is no robotics, no engineering, it is a poorly managed daycare. They had a 19 yo as the camp director, very unprofessional people, they had little 4 yo wandering the Elementary school on their own without a buddy to go to the bathroom, they leave kids in wet diapers and poop, they make the little 4 years olds do laps as punishment. And they sell your information to phone scammers such as from: Kids to Pros customer service is in India which and it appears they are selling customer info to the phone scammers because I was scammed and the geek squad scammers told me they got the info from kidztopros. BEWARE- this is a scam camp and they lie to the parents about what was done because they count on the little kids not being able to explain what is really going on. BEWARE don't do send your child here absolutely awful. BEWARE. Also, the instructors on first day were exposed everyone to COVID they went to the camp with symptoms and no regard for the kids health.

We take the health and safety of our campers very seriously and we have addressed your concerns with our Staff. I can unequivocally assure you that our company does not sell any of customers information in any way, shape or form, nor has there been any knowing Covid exposure on the part of our Staff. In cases of sickness, we happily offer and provide credit so that the camper does not miss out and can join us again when they are no longer under the weather.

My son said the female counselor yelled at another camper quite a bit, making him cry and not allowing this other child play in the playground after lunchtime. (Further ensuing more crying from other child.) My son (Logan) did not appreciate the treatment of this other child who he felt probably has some issues that said counselor is not taking into account. I'm quite upset about this and will be emailing further on this. Camp should be fun, and not traumatic for 11 year olds.

The company is disorganized; they get 1 star. Both teachers and experience get 5 stars. Patrick and Ella were awesome teachers. They went out of their way to make sure we knew about a location change, giving their personal #s so we could easily communicate with them. My son is 11 and enjoyed his minecraft building sessions. These were well balanced with time in park.
