I’m very concerned as my child came home in tears because she watched an animation movie that had death involved. Although I understand there was something to learn about that, she did cry a lot and deserved some attention. I really expected more from this camp.

My son LOVED this camp! He was so happy to participate in all the activities and he couldn’t stop talking about all the fun things they did through out the day. I been looking for something like this camp for my son for the summer and this was perfect! Do yourself a favor and avoid this “camp.” I had two children signed up for different sessions this week. We received confirmation emails both at the time of booking and the weekend before with instructions. The emails were clearly recycled from last year stating everyone was wearing masks, etc. arrived Monday morning and they had no info on one of my children and when I said which camp they were in, said someone messed up and they were not ever scheduled to have that camp this week but she could sit in on another one. I was in a childcare jam that day, so had her attend the same one as my other child. Emailed immediately asking for a refund, got nothing but a generic email to all participants that they ARE offering that camp, it was just a one day staffing issue. I kept her home anyway. Tuesday they send another generic email saying they still don’t have it, but it’s just for that day. I send another email. Finally late Tuesday they admit they can’t staff that camp session and offer to refund or they can go to a different, further site to take a coding camp. How on earth is coding a replacement for improv?? On Wednesday I finally received a personalized response. Meanwhile my other child has continued to go to her “art” camp. She’s had a different “instructor” every day and is not learning any actual skills. There is zero leadership on-site, just 4 college aged counselors that don’t know what’s going on, and your calls and emails go to a generic corporate box. While I understand staffing challenges are rampant right now, there is no excuse for the abysmal coordination and lack of communication. Do your research. There are many similar reviews. Also zero checking to ensure the people picking up are authorized to do so. Wasn’t asked for a name or drivers license or anything.

Andrew is nice, enthusiastic, friendly and approachable. He gives a recap of our son's day and the activities that happened throughout the day at pick-up. So far, I cannot complain about anything. Our son (who is the type not to give a lot of details about his day) seems to enjoy the camp.

This tennis course does not along with timetable provided in advance. In addition, the teachers have students watch YouTube after snack time. It's unacceptable situation.
