Although the test is good, and the idea to charge 1 dollar is also fine. But nowhere it was mentioned about this hidden subscription fees that i am getting charged for. Feels cheated.

I wish I’d seen the reviews before using their service. Paid the $1 for the trial and to get my test result (probably inaccurate anyway). I only wanted the result, so after paying the $1 I followed the convoluted cancellation process on the same day. A week later I get a £22 charge. They had received my email requesting a cancellation. Their website states that it auto renews after the trial and the emails following my complaint say “ By purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the end of each billing period for the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel”. I did cancel, why am I being charged 10 or so days after I sent the email requesting cancellation?! They’re refusing a full refund and have offered 50% plus a months free trial 😂😂 DO NOT USE
