My recent experience fell short. I give them three stars due to my account manager's assistance. Urgency led me to pay a premium, but a shipping delay forced me to use another forwarder. Not ideal, but they didn't charge me and helped prepare the products for pickup.

They excel with US orders but struggle with EU orders. They can't print IOSS numbers, leading to VAT and Customs Duty overcharges. Their US-centric address system causes shipping issues, and address updates take time to reflect, causing delays. Not recommended for international shipping.
