How do I reach a live person? The 833.228.0244 is a voice recording that always hangs up. Perhaps there is another number I can use?

I find the personal application very frustrating, I been trying to create a account, I submit all my personal information even my ID but the web is not moving to next to the next step, I try a different computer and even browser but keep re directing me to the same page, I sent all my sensitive data and I spend about a 1 hour for nothing, I would recommend to stay away from Brex from my personal experience.

If you are looking for alternatives online business account do not do business with these people they will play with your time and play in your face and make you feel stupid for even trusting another online bank but do not have fear continue to report them and try work with them as soon as you can and try to work it out and get your funds however do not ever do any more business with these folks if I have to go and make a YouTube channel to make everybody know what time it is then I’ll do just that but these people are scammers they literally do not care their customer service is disgusting I wish I found this page about this business before putting my money in my account literally a whopping $425 is in this account imagine if I had put more money come on. So disgusted with people playing with small business owners.

I opened two Brex accounts for businesses I own. They point to the same set of banks linked through Plaid. One account was able to use ACH and Check Deposits immediately. I have checks I need to deposit in this other account currently. The other account is not. Brex support has been unhelpful. They have told me the steps to fix this, cut/paste canned responses, and said they are reviewing it and there is no timeline to fix this. If this is their support, I don't recommend using it - esp. if you need a bank account to function in your business.
