Janet, BrightPath mortgage, was great!! She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns quickly. Putting me at ease with the entire process. They also paid my closing fees which was a huge help and greatly appreciated.

Used Bright Path at my daughter's suggestion after having a good experience with them on their 1st home purchase. Kevin was my agent and did a great job of refinancing my home. He was helpful in answering my questions. Had the 1st refi done in to weeks to close. Had an issue on my end with getting a needed signature on a quick claim deed and had to start over with a new closing date. Between their crew and Phillip the closing attorney we still closed in 3 weeks with cash out. Would use them again. They made it so easy even with my unexpected issue. What a great experience. Jim Dean what above board, straightforward, and extremely patient when we had to delay a few times due to construction and medical issues. They even had the attorney come to me, and we closed at my dining room table! I would highly recommend Brightpath, and especially Jim Dean.
