Caregivers better than some other services. Struggles with having caregivers show up. Can't get replacement care if a caregiver is no show. Staff is unprofessional.

Very inconsistent care. Out of four caregivers, I've only had one quality experience. Several were on their phones non-stop. One hid to play on her phone when she was supposed to be watching the patient to make sure they didn't choke or have a seizure. Unsafe and inconsistent care.
