I worked with a competitor to Bright!Tax and had a miserable experience, so switched. My CPA was super helpful, actually talked to me on the phone when there were more complex issues, responded quickly to questions and generally made the experience pain free. The online software is easy/straightforward and not over-engineered and prices are competitive. I can't recommend them enough.
