I had an issue with my chain on day one. I contacted Briller right away. They emailed me back almost instantly, and sent out a fresh chain in the next day's mail. It arrived quickly, corrected and they didn't even ask me to return the damaged chain. I can't say enough nice things about them. Top notch service, and the final product was terrific.

This company stands behind there product. My issue was the postal service. My advice is not to order during a winter storm lol !
