Stuart has been amazing! We were on the fence between using Clover or Square and he walked us through all the pro’s and con’s of each system. It didn’t take us long to realize that clover had all the features we were looking for, and at a much better price point once everything was added up. He answers our calls 7 days a week to help us with every question we have, and is extremely patient and knowledgeable.

We are a small business that has recently been growing in size, we were using a card reader provided by Paypal but we were not impressed. With the switch to the brilliant POS we feel a bit more professional with the sleek look of the device, especially compared to what we did have. The customer service was great as well.

I just started a nail salon for my mother and was looking for a new POS system that can eliminate some workloads for my Mom. Stuart reached out to me right away. From the beginning, he was extremely patient, professional, and so knowledgeable about everything. He made sure I knew all of my options and carefully explaining everything to me. On top of that Stuart is always available immediately, or got back to me within hours with answers whenever I have questions. I feel so thankful to find Stuart and relieved to have Clover for my Mom's nail salon.

We just signed up with Brilliant POS and so far the experience is great. Rather than sending me a quote and you tube videos to watch, they actually set up a time to demonstrate their product. This is new to our office as we are currently writing all transactions. Looking forward to the new system and our support team who has yet to let us down.
