I had requested information on the pos system for my business and spoke with a rep with Brilliant pos. All my questions were answered and brilliant pos was professional and there was no pushy sales people. Once I received the pos system I wanted the system was very easy to use, and if there is any additional questions the company is very responsive. Thanks, Great Job

I researched and talked to numerous POS System providers but when I spoke to Brilliant the customer service and support sold me along with the pricing. I ended up purchasing the new POS System and support downloaded my inventory and customers for me making it a much simpler transition from our old system. Customer service support has been very good to work with. I highly recommend.

I opened my garden center 2 years ago and was hesitant to spend the money on a POS system. I was nervous about the cost, the hassle of setting it up, and not having access to my own data and information. When I had my first phone call with Brilliant POS I was floored. The call was calm and friendly. There was no pushing. No high pressure. And I didn't feel like I was getting the old "upsell." I voiced all my concerns and was met with cheery answers the exceeded my expectations. I didn't decide until a week or so later to purchase a Brilliant POS and I wish I would have recorded myself opening the package. It was BEAUTIFUL! Even the packaging! Top of the line. The machinery is sleek and clean and incredibly user friendly. I am not exaggerating when I say- you open it and turn it on. Voila! The prices are amazing. Below industry average. I used customer support to get my inventory uploaded- and there was less than a 5 minute wait and they walked me through how to fix it. Easy easy easy. And I am in complete control. I can login anywhere to view reports and sales. It's heavenly. I absolutely recommend it! 5 out of 5. Across the board!
