This club has replaced candles in my house completely. Ten months in now and I've only been disappointed by one scent, everything else has been genuinely lovely. My husband thinks I'm being dramatic about a diffuser subscription but he agrees the house smells incredible.

Gave my boss a candle as an end of year thank you and felt weird about it being too casual but she brought it up in a meeting weeks later saying how much she liked it. Small gift but clearly a good one.

Honestly wasn't sure a scent subscription made sense for me but a year later I'm still here. A couple months were hit or miss for my personal taste but nothing was bad quality, just not my style. The good ones more than make up for it.

⚠️ People, do the math before you buy the Brilliant Scents LX1200 V2 promotion. The promotion makes it sound like you’re getting a $400 diffuser for FREE, but here’s what you’re actually agreeing to: * You must subscribe to one 200 mL bottle of oil every month for 24 months. * The subscription costs about $100 per month. Let’s break it down: * $100 × 24 months = $2,400 paid over the life of the agreement. * If the diffuser is truly worth $400, that’s only $16.67 per month ($400 ÷ 24). * The remaining over $83 per month is effectively being charged for a 200 mL bottle of oil. For comparison, the company has sold a 500 mL bottle for around $100, yet this promotion requires you to pay the same amount for only 200 mL each month. Before signing up, compare the regular product prices and calculate the total cost over the 24-month commitment. Don’t let the word “FREE” distract you from what you’re actually paying. In regards to our current Diffuser and Oil offer: The monthly payment is not solely for a 200 mL bottle of fragrance oil, nor is it intended to be calculated as the sale price of the diffuser divided over 24 months. It covers a complete 24-month scenting program that includes: an LX1200 V2 scent diffuser, 24 x 200 mL fragrance oils, Extended warranty protection for the diffuser, associated shipping costs with the monthly orders. Therefore, attributing more than $83 of each monthly payment exclusively to the fragrance oil is inaccurate, as it excludes the value of the diffuser, shipping, ongoing fulfillment, and extended coverage included throughout the agreement. Comparing this bundled program (Diffuser and Oil Program) with the current discount price of a standalone 500 mL fragrance oil, is also not a like-for-like comparison. All pricing, payment terms, included products, and commitment details are provided for review before enrollment. After trying several brands out there and being locked into a contract with a competitor I tried Brilliant Scents and have to say they by far are the best. The scents are superior and much stringer than the other brand out there. I will continue buying all my scents form them.

They have some nice scents and some are definitely stronger/last longer than others, but we do notice quite a fall off of smell after the first week so in order to keep a scent level, we constantly have to adjust the settings. The prices of the scents have also gone up about 10-20% in the past year and I'm barely getting 3 weeks out of a 500ml bottle running the machine 8 hours a day. Shipping is also $10 unless you order over $200. The machine has never completely worked properly and continues to have minor issues, but communication is sparse if at all and while they talk about their warranty, they seem to avoid you when trying to have it replaced and won't follow up unless you big them or post a review. I posted a review elsewhere and got a response on the review, but when I followed up directly, I have since been ignored. My recommendation is go somewhere else since all of these machines are virtually the same and frangrance prices are similar. All other HVAC diffusers also come with an app which Brilliant Scents do not and seem to have better customer service.

My experience with Brilliant Scents has been nothing short of excellent. I initially wanted to leave them a glowing review on Google, but quickly noticed they’re already rated very highly across most platforms. However, I saw that their Trustpilot profile didn’t have many recent positive reviews—so I felt it was important to share mine here. From start to finish, the Brilliant Scents team has been amazing. I’m new to home scenting and originally went with a less expensive company I found through a Facebook ad. Unfortunately, that decision didn’t pan out well—the diffuser I received from the other company underperformed, the scents were disappointing, and the shipping took forever. Worst of all, I was stuck with an expensive piece of equipment that didn’t deliver. That’s when I started doing more research and came across Brilliant Scents. I called their team three separate times—not just to make sure I could speak with a real human being, but also to get help choosing the right scents based on my preferences. Their support and patience blew me away. Fast forward five months—I’m now a very happy customer. I’ve purchased two more diffusers: one for my entire home and another for my daughter’s college dorm. The setup was simple, the fragrance quality is incredible, and the support continues to be top-tier. Brilliant Scents truly lives up to the hype. They’ve earned my trust, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to elevate their space with premium, reliable scenting solutions.
