Does not work well for shorter beards in my opinion.

Really enjoying this trimmer so far. I wish it got closer to the skin so I didn't have to jump between two, but the speed control is great for freehand trimming pesky straggling hairs. I love how solidly the click is on the attachments, no fear of one slipping off.

The shipping takes time to Canada. Almost 3 weeks.

The best customer service I have experienced, no exaggeration. When my toothbrush stopped working just 9 months after I bought it, they shipped me a new one. When that package was stolen, they immediately sent me another one with expedited shipping and tracking info so I could make sure I got it.

I’ve had a few beard trimmers over the years (Wahl and Norelco). This is, by far, the best one I’ve owned.

Very helpful service, received a very fast response on my questions. A great company indeed. The Brio Beardscape is by far the best grooming tool on the market. Such a quality product, very weighty, packaged in a way that makes you feel "this is quality". Highly recommended to all.
