Hola Juana! Saludos cordiales, Rafaela G.

The company would not refund their product that burnt my hair when used as directed. Used the excuse that it wasn’t applied by a pro. Sure, who takes their own products to their hair appt?! I have used keratins at home with great results with other brands.

Hello Vic, how are you? My name is Larissa and I'm part of the customer relations team and I believe there must have been some misunderstanding. I checked with my team and you informed us by message (via Messenger) that the product had left your hair dry. As we informed you, according to the company's policy and rules, when the product has already been used/opened, we are unable to do a refund or exchange. You can find our policy in the 'shipping & returns' on the site! We asked about the application by a professional, because many of our customers use their own product when they go to the hairdresser, that's why we asked, and we always recommend that products like this be applied by professionals. We're sorry to hear that the product didn't work for you and we'd be happy to try to help you find a product that really brings the results you're looking for. Once again, I'm sorry for any misunderstandings and we're happy to answer any further questions you may have! Best regards, Larissa B.
