Broadmoor RV SuperStore Inc.4.3Honesty, pricing, process and quality scores appear once 5 customers have rated them.
In March 1997 Broadmoor RV was born. It started out with very humble beginnings next door to the Broadmoor Factory Outlet Mall. The Parts and Service Departments were run out of shipping containers and the sales office was run out of a rented space inside the mall. A few short weeks after Broadmoor RV's creation, disaster struck. Those native to the Tri-Cities know the destruction our windstorms can bring. The Easter Morning Storm of 1997 was one of those storms: destroying several tent trailers off the lot of a dealership just starting out. In its infancy Broadmoor RV was able to make 7 sales in its first month of business. That same year in August the dealership found its new and permanent home on two and one half acres across the street from where it all started. Two and one half acres grew over the years to 22+ acres; over nine times the size. The service department has become recognized nationally as one of the best available with over 50% of technicians being master certified. From 7 units sold a month it now sells close to 1600 annually. The lastest addition of 12 more service bays, a paint booth, collision center and expanded parts department encouraged the addition of SuperStore to the name. Broadmoor RV SuperStore has Super People, Super Service and Super Prices all in one place. Come in and let them prove it!Broadmoor RV is conveniently located near the areas of Richland, West Richland, Kennewick, Pasco and Walla Walla.

Sales department was great full of promises Parts dept was ok but not much help with advise just wanted to stand behind counter. Service department Wow let's start with you schedule a date for service bring in your rv and are told your now on the list for them to work on your brand new leaking 60 thousand fifth wheel that is 3 weeks long Wow then you have to argue about why would i be here today bringing in my rv just so you park it on your lot When they do work on it stating they fixed it with new seals you drive it away for planned trip and it rains and it leaks in the exact spot you told them it leaks There's more but I'd not recommend them to anyone

Steven Vandermate was great. He was with us all the way through the buying process and setup of the trailer. He also made sure all of our questions were answered. Broadmoor also had the best pricing in the West.

Was treated like a criminal when I tried to return a unopened brand new solar charger about a month after I bought it with my brand new trailer. I was very very disappointed. Lost all faith in the business. They will not take anything back. Really blows me away that they have been so successful with this approach. After several calls and one visit they never did follow up with me. Have and will not do future business with them other then warranty.
