Broadmoor RV SuperStore Inc.Reviews of broadmoorrv.com

Everyone from sales to finance to service was incredibly friendly and driven to please. At no point was I ever made to feel less than completely valued. My purchase was extremely complex and mistakes and misunderstandings were bound to happen. When they did, everyone at Broadmoor went above and beyond to correct them to my satisfaction. Excellent treatment from beginning to end. It's a pleasure to recommend these guys!

The prep for picking up the trailer was disappointing. The load leveling anti sway arms weren't set up properly and some of the lights weren't working and the vents weren't closed. The walk through and prep session was at 4 in the afternoon so when we were finished all the mechanics had already left for the night. Thankfully one of the night time crew fixed all the problems and we were on our way at 7:45

Honest good deal. Could have been cleaned up a little better.

Marta and Wanye made buying our first RV a wonderful experience. They were able to set up delivery in less than 24hrs so that we could get out camping that weekend.

Was just looking at travel trailers. Felt a little pushed into a new as opposed to the used we had in mind. They fixed every issue we had and we love our trailer.

All the people there where nice. The problem is the product. On our first trip and things started falling off. The trim around the door going outside came off. The trim on the boards under the stove came off. The screen door handle screws where stripped so they fell out. Where the panels are above the TV stufffing keeps falling out of there. Thats all I have to say thank you.

The sales clerk, Ryan, was great. No pressure, let us wander as much as we liked looking through trailers, answered questions but for the most part left us to do what we wanted. Even took us between two trailers spaced rows 5 apart several times to compare minor differences. Service department, Skyler in particular, was also great in helping get the trailer ready the same day since we were from out of town. But the whole team helping him were also very good and task focused. They were very polite and professional during walk through and let me skip topics I was already familiar with from prior trailering, though he did encourage explaining some newer tech that I probably wasn't familiar with. They ended up working well past closing to accommodate us and we greatly appreciated their dedication to customer satisfaction.

Fred in sales was great, As was JT in finance. Seamless experience. Only complaint is service department let me drive off with 80 gallons of water in fresh tank, and 40 in each of the black and gray tanks. I noticed the tanks were full during the walk through and asked why, they stated that they fill all of them with water to check for leaks. I asked at that time as well as well as the end of the walk through if they would dump them before we left and both times they confirmed they would. After paperwork was finished we went out and drove off with tanks still full. Stressful first trip, not towing that big of a trailer before , I wasn’t sure why my truck was having such a hard time pulling and why the trailer was jerking back so much. I guess I should have checked myself that it got done. First trip in a brand new trailer stressful and ended in stopping at a dump station before I could use it.
