From the start the folks at Broadway Bus were helpful, courteous and experienced. They helped us choose the right service for our wedding and accommodated us when we needed to change something. On the day of, our driver showed up early and stayed late and made sure all of our guests made it back to the hotel. Great service!

Our trip was canceled LESS THAN 24 hours before with no real solution completely shrugging us off with no other opinions absolutely unacceptable. After reviewing about our experience we were asked to remove the review which is very fishy. This whole company is very scam like.
Reply from Broadway Bus Lines LLCMay 8, 2026
We sincerely apologize for the experience and completely understand your frustration Isabella. Our driver fell ill unexpectedly less than 24 hours before your trip, and we made every effort to find an alternative option for you. Unfortunately, given the short notice, we were unable to secure a replacement in time. We know this fell far short of the standard you deserve, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We hope to have the opportunity to make it right for you in the future.
