I ordered a special birthday gift from BroCrates and from start to finish the experience exceeded my expectations. I could track product from the moment my order was placed and when I did have a query their customer service was on hand to answer very promptly to my satisfaction.

If I could give a Zero I would. Left a review on their website and It was never published. WHICH IS WHY THEY HAVE NO 1 AND 2 STAR REVIEWS. They don't allow publishing of reviews lower then 3. Here is the review I left: Terrible Customer Service I was so excited to order a crate for my boss as a going away present. I placed my order on August 27th. It is now September 6th and my order has been "In Transit To The Next Facility" sine August 31st. It has not moved in 7 days. I first tried the e-mail option to contact Brocrates and was sent a message telling me it was on the way. The email that was sent to me called me by the wrong name and was clearly a form letter. The next day I tried the chat option and was given the exact same information. The next day I called and talked to someone who informed me I had to wait another 2-3 business days and they would see where it was at that time. So to recap my order has been sitting in the same place for a WEEK and all Brocrates is telling me is I have to wait! Wait for what??!! No apologies, no other options have been given to me. They have what I think is an excellent product at a reasonable price but could care less about the customer experience!!!!! As an update it is now September 9th and my order is now in Puerto Rico!!!! Instead of Minnesota. Unbelievable!

We’re truly sorry for the experience you’ve had. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to wait so long for a gift that was meant for such an important occasion, and we regret that our communication left you feeling unheard and unsupported. This is far from the level of service we want to provide. We also want to clarify that we do not filter reviews by rating—your feedback matters, whether positive or negative. If your earlier review wasn’t published, that’s something we’ll look into immediately to ensure transparency moving forward. Shipping delays like the one you’ve experienced are incredibly disappointing, and while couriers can sometimes reroute packages incorrectly, we know that doesn’t excuse the lack of empathy in how we handled your concerns. We should have been clearer, more proactive, and more apologetic. If there are any issues with your order once it’s received, please know you can always reach back out to us—we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll use it to improve both our customer service and the way we communicate shipping expectations.

Scam company DO NOT USE!! Ordered a beer crate for my son’s birthday it’s arrived after his birthday with half of the order missing. I ordered a ballon got no balloon. The rest of his order arrived a week late. I ordered an upgrade of Czech beer and they sent instead some cheap domestic beer. When I called to tell them how disappointed I was and I should get a partial refund for not sending the correct items and it arriving so late they basically told me too bad. Could’ve cared less. Stay away you don’t get what you pay for and it will arrive late

We are so incredibly sorry to hear about your experience. There is no excuse for the gift arriving late, having items missing, or for the way your concerns were handled when you called. We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for ruining your son's birthday surprise. We reviewed your order and saw that the balloon option was selected, but the specific balloon type was not chosen, which is why it was not included. We have updated our website to make this clearer for future orders. We also understand your frustration with the beer substitution. Our policy states that we may substitute products of equal or greater value if the original items are unavailable. We apologize that this substitution did not meet your expectations. We will try to do better.
