If I could leave no stars, it would be better. Do NOT order anything from this company. More than a faulty product and not what they advertise was the disappointment on my grandsons face when he could not get directions to build the LEGO set they sent. I have been kind and tried to work with them, finally file a grievance with my credit card company to get my money back.

I ordered a pillow that was a replica of a car - the picture represented the pillow in the shape of a car. But When I got the pillow it was a silkscreened flat pillow. I ordered embroidering on the side of the car. What I got is just the word painted on the front. It is NOTHING like the car in the picture. When I challenged them, they said that they allow a 20% margin of difference. The only part of the pillow that I got is that it is a car pillow. So, I am not sure where they learned math, but the pillow match is 0%.

I would not order anything from this company. They shipped my order spelled wrong. Even though they had the correct spelling for my granddaughter, they spelled her name wrong on the item. They would not correct it and send a new one spelled correctly. Do not waste your money with this site. You will not be happy. The item is also very poor quality!!

The images are misleading. You think you are getting a quality puffy pillow and its a cheap mess. Pillow lost stitching in less than 2 days. Do not buy!!

I placed an order for neon NBA jersey wall art and after taking forever to get delivered, it wasn’t what I ordered - at least not what they pictured on their website. In emailing their customer service I was told there was a 20% discrepancy policy listed on their website between what you order and what you receive and my product fell within that so they could only offer a $5 credit. I believe this website takes their photos from legitimate websites and then tries to copy the photo - in my case they said “production restraints” kept them from being able to produce the product as shown on their own website. Further review shows they have changed company names from BabaCostom to BabaCustom to Tailrgifts in the last 6 months, they block all comments on their Facebook and their website shows 5 Star Reviews that are just emoji stars with the word “review” typed in the copy of the description to appear like legitimate websites display their review lines.
