The toilet seat is hard to clean
The toilet seat is hard to clean. There is a ridge on the inner rim that gets clogged with body secretions, and I can't get it clean. Is there a better, newer, compatible seat?

Aggressive Auto Clean
The product looks nice, fit well, and was easy to install. It's very easy to operate. My one complaint is that the automatic cleaning cycle has a significant amount of overspray. It gets basically everything over the seat opening wet, as well as under the seat and the toilet bowl. These areas don't dry well and I think over time will lead to grime. I'm not sure if this is a water pressure issue, or a design issue, but it's a little bit of a disappointment. Otherwise, great product!

Took a long time to receive the…
Took a long time to receive the package and it’s hard to install the filter

Unsolved problem.
My bidet remote is not working. Via email, the Brondell rep was helpful and did send a remote which did not solve my problem and had to be returned. I still question whether it was the correct one but Brondell says it was..
