Bronson Vitamins is a professional…
Bronson Vitamins is a professional company who have great products; representatives are knowledgeable; the prices are better than competitive and the Krill Oil vitamins I ordered Friday evening were delivered Tuesday morning! I will use Bronson Vitamins for all of my vitamin needs. Thank you :)

I like your product and service- but
I like your product and service- Just very annoying with all the follow-up and this ridiculous survey- Consequently, will find a less "busy" source for my next order.

Dear George, Thank you so much for taking the time to give us feedback! At Bronson Laboratories, we take customer service seriously and part of that is providing order confirmation emails and making sure our services were up to par. While placing your order, it seems you also subscribed to receive our promotional emails, was that intentional, or would you like us to unsubscribe you? We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our follow up communications after you placed your recent order and hope you choose to purchase with Bronson again. Sincerely, Bronson Customer Service

My problem with my most recent purchase…
My problem with my most recent purchase at Bronson Vitamins is; their email to me said “Vital 3 was 30% off when I use discount codeFLASHSALE. When I was checking out then told the discount code was not valid for Vital 3. The email advertising a discount was a lie.

Dear Valued Customer, Thank you so much for taking the time to give us feedback! We greatly apologize for any inconvenience caused when placing your order. We have looked further into this and can certainly understand your frustration with not being able to use the 30% FLASHSALE coupon code on Vital 3. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer additional discounts on our Vital 3 products, and do our best to clearly state that to customers via email and on our website. Moving forward, we will make every attempt to be more clear on this aspect of our promotional offers. If you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out, we are here to support your health and wellness intentions today, tomorrow, and beyond. Sincerely, Bronson Customer Service ----
