When I ordered my belt I thought it would be compatible with my phone. The fabric is already pulling away from where I velcro it. All in all I really need this belt and I like it's heat settings. I have been diagnosed with Scleroderma. It's an autoimmune disease and I have to keep my core warm at all times.

The size fits well and is nicely supported. My only issue is that the thumb hole kind of cuts off in the middle of my thumb. It's like it just needs to be a little bit longer or a little bit shorter.

Brownmed had what I needed for my arthritic hands. The price seemed fair. Delivery on the gloves was prompt and the packaging kept them safe during shipping. This is my second experience with the company.

I ordered from this website since I couldn’t find the size xs anywhere else. When I placed my order I got back a confirmation email and then when I didn’t get a tracking number I emailed customer service with little hope of anything. I sent my email around midnight by morning I had an email response with an apology about not receiving a tracking number email. That same day I received my package. Great customer service!
