No communication regarding shipping of item. I ordered a medium, as that's the size I have. The new one is double thick, so it's extremely tight. Because it's so tight, it doesn't work correctly. Nothing indicated that it was double thick, I thought it'd be the same material and thickness as my current one. Overall, very unhappy with the product. However, I do really like the one I currently have and use.

Order shipped quickly. RA Gloves were a bit small. They were large size. I have small hands. all fingers were particularly tight at the open end. This was due to the end stitching. Caused my fingers to got numb after a few minutes. Snipped end seam a little to relive tightness and no more numbness. On the other hand RA sox with toes was a bit too large - not enough compression.
