We actually have an updated, improved version of the Brushee being released later this month and would love to ship you another 24 pack on us to see if you think that we're improving the product from simply 'average'. Yashna, Thank you for your feedback, we greatly appreciate every opportunity that we get to make our product better for our customers and to understand things from your point of view. Brushee was created to be an all-in-one solution for on-the-go oral hygiene. So it's for a lot of people. If you're someone who is traveling, you can use it on a plane, if you like to brush after lunch, it prevents you from having to bring a full size toothbrush and paste with you, or if you're a business professional, you can use it before meetings, etc. It was not meant to replace your full size toothbrush, but rather to be the best option to keep your teeth clean on-the-go. Thank you for letting us know that the brush was hard when you got it, we're working to fix that. It's a rare issue, but we believe it has to do with the past hardening while in transit. In future iterations of our product, this will not be a problem. And thank you for letting us know that you prefer to have a lounge scraper as well, we will keep this in mind for future products. And finally, we're working towards a fully recyclable version of the Brushee, because we agree that the importance of sustainability can't be overstated. The good news is that we're making significant progress on this front, and expect to be fully recyclable by the end of 2020. Thanks again, Kyle Co-Founder, Brushee
