I have had a very good experience with bt-miners so far. After getting scammed once it is very reassuring to be able to connect easily with the folks working at bt-miners if an issue arises. So far I have bought 4 older miners but plan to get more!

We are always here to answer questions! After a negative experience we understand that one would be leery of other mining hardware companies. So thank you for placing your trust with BT-Miners!

First time buyer of an ASIC mining machine (only GPU experience) and Lena was very helpful and responsive to my questions. Miner shipped on time and overall very happy with the process!

My order was placed an was shipped 7-10days later, tracked and even arrived a day early. I ordered a used Antminer L3+ an then after a couple days not connecting to a pool, Lena, a terrific U.S. sales associate helped me get it linked up an working great. Looking forward to getting another one soon !

Outstanding customer service!!! I requested additional information on miners I was interested in. I received a phone call from Lena the same day on a Friday and received follow ups over the weekend providing all the info I requested. Lena took the time to listen to my questions, provide me with accurate info, and made me feel like I was an important customer. After ordering I received an email and call making sure that I was set up and if I needed any assistance setting up the ASIC miner once it arrived. I had already set up other miners so assistance was not needed, needless to say it was nice to have a company that goes out of their way to make sure I was successful using products they provided.

BT Miners is amazing! I have ready so many reviews of different companies online and I decided to try BT Miners for my first every mining machine purchase. They were very helpful and friendly and I did not feel scared about purchasing through them. I am now a repeat customer and have purchased 6 total machines from them and very grateful for their service. Thank you BT Miners!
