Ok I'm going to try to make this as short as possible. First off I was a customer receiving monthly bath bombs. I kept getting the same rings, I infomed customer service and received no help whatsoever. Apparently if you get the same rings (which I promise you -will happen) they do nothing about it. So I stopped my subscription and wrote a review. A nice lady got a hold of me and wanted to make it right if I take down my review. I'm all about making things right. They sent me 5 rings and 2 bath bombs. I thought "ok cool, maybe they are a decent company" Received the rings in the mails yesterday 4 out of 5 of the rings WERE THE SAME!!! Are you kidding me!!!! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! THE BATH BOMBS AREN'T THE GREATEST AND ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY.

BEWARE!!!! Bubbly Belle LIES! They do bait and switch - promise one thing and send another. Very cheap junk! Not worth your time or money at all - stay away.

When I called to find customer service for help, they spent their time trying to talk me into more, and will not order Im Extremely disappointed. I ended up being charged $124.92 for More bubbly bombs I cant afford plus the membership $58.@ change. I cant afford this. I need a phone number if anyone has one. There are a lot of other companies to order these fun bath bombs from be very careful when signing into this site, if I were you. I WOULD NOT give these people your money run away from this site. I got nabbed faster than a zipper flies.up or down and I just knew it. I.watched every word so carefully, these telemarketers probably went to class to learn how to deceive us all. I want my subscription cancelled I WANT THE order that was placed cancelled. Ladies if you want pretty good costume but pretty real looking rings you should buy from the Wish app!! I have at least 25 rings. Yes maybe r have turned. Don't get them wet. I get compliments all the time!!!!

I will never buy bath bombs from bubbly belle again. The bath bombs are cheaply made and are terrible for skin. I excitedly bought multiple bath bombs, but I soon was disappointed. They didn’t even change the water’s color, did not smell once dissolved, and the ring did not even fit my finger. I accidentally subscribed and saved my card so I have received almost 6 months of bath bombs I did not even want and have tried for months to get off the subscribed list. Waste of money.

I made a purchase for $55.25. I have bought from this company 4 times. Upon purchasing this time, I was charged from BLS*BubblyBelle on Oct 23rd and from BubblyBelle on October 24th. I spoke to 4 different representatives and only the first did anything to help me. I provided screenshots of my bank account and the charges. They refused to acknowledge the charges because they only have access to check the account that charges from BubblyBelle. They said by checking their charge, that was all they could do. They never once offered to amend the situation in any other way until I called my bank and they confirmed that the pre-authorization (presumably the BLS*BubblyBelle account ) has charged twice within seconds of each other and only 1 went away. The customer service was terrible and my service will not be going to this company anymore. Edit: I received my BubblyBelle package today and while their packaging got cuter, the quality has decreased. 2 of my bath bombs came in with pretty severe damage. One is cracked pretty bad and two have pretty big dents as if they were dropped.

**edit to my original 2 star review** **My second order came. Orange coconut, serenity, and mellow bath bombs with "premium" rings instead. The "premium rings" looked even cheaper than the $15 dollar ones I got the first time, and only valued at $25. All the bath bombs smelled really funky, like they were contaminated. I love orange and coconut, but the bath bomb was not anything close to how you'd imagine it to smell. Just horrible. I really wanted to like my order. I emailed the company, but that didn't go anywhere. I won't be ordering again.** I ordered a bath bomb with promo for buy one for $1 plus getting a free ring. I never heard of company, and was like, oh sweet. I'll try it out, and if its legit, it would make for awesome Christmas presents. When it was all said and done, somehow I went from 1 $1 bathbomb, one supposedly $7 bath bomb, and a free ring and $8 in shipping, to being charged over $21. I was little surprised, must have missed some fine print fee? I ordered all 3 rings in size 7. What came: 2 size 7 rings and one size 8. The 2 bathbombs were identical. The "sleep" one. I wasn't impressed with the smell at all. 2 of the rings were extremely cheap looking and valued at $15. The only one I like was $20 value, but its plating is already wearing off, showing a copperish looking metal underneath, and won't be wearable long. (I've had the rings maybe 2 weeks?) I decided to give company 1 more chance. Ordered a premium ring package and a coconut orange bath bomb. That somehow signed me up to a subscription service which I looked up online and saw many people had the same issue. I put in a request to have subscription cancelled. In summary, maybe buy cheaper bath bombs that smell awesome, and put that extra money you save on not spending $13-$20 on a bath bomb into your own personal ring fund and buy yourself a real ring. I have come to realize it's kinda like a lottery, only you win cheap rings.
