Was put on a monthly subscription when I didn’t asked for it, but they are constantly trying to process a payment. They told me I chose to be on the monthly subscription. Well it I had to be in some fine print, because I would not have chosen that option. Scammers!

I JUST ordered from them and am very upset! They don't tell you your total until AFTER they have charged your card! Nor do they hace a cart option where you can review and adjust your order! Now after reading many reviews I'm afraid that they'll charge me every mont, and that I won't be able to cancel the subscription that i apparently agreed to! $40 all together for everything that I really didn't plan on paying more than 25. Oh well, we will see if I do get everything and if it's worth what I spent. I WILL be canceling the subscription tho as soon as I figure out how! If everything works out I might update my rating.

I have ordered a total of 4 times and accidentally signed up for the monthly service. When I realized I had signed up I called to cancel the order and was told I could not cancel this one but would be taken off the monthly plan. I didnt have the 30 dollars to spend at the time and tried yo explain it was accidental and was rudely told there was nothing they could do. The first 2 orders were okay. In the first one the ring sizes were not right, I enjoyed the bombs themselves but half the fun is the pretty prize at the end. I decided to give them another shot and ordered agian this time everything was correct and I really enjoyed all aspects. The third time I ordered the essential oil necklace. The concept is cool but the necklace itself leaked oil on my clothes. Then the topper is when the monthly bombs that they refused to cancel finally arrived they were so messed up and crumbled you couldnt tell what they were even supposed to be. And again all the ring sizes were wrong. I called to try and let them know not only did i get stuck with something i didnt want the product was completely destroyed by the time it made it to me. And once again i was very rudely informed that there was nothing that they could do to help me. Needless to say i won't be oredering again and this is just a little warning about the lack of customer service you will receive and blatant disrespect for the customer. It really seemed like they got their money and could care less if i was a satisfied customer or not.

I just placed my order a few minutes ago, I'm super excited but nervous after reading a few reviews. Fingers crossed everything turns out good!!

If there is a problem they will definitely make it right.

The bath bombs are nice and smell great, but of the four in the pack I got, none of the had rings inside. That's what they are supposed to have, and I didn't get any. Sure, get the bath bombs if you like that kind of thing, but don't expect the "free" rings advertised. Scammed.

I DID NOT get the free ring I picked out! ! Of the three I got (and paid for) only one was what I would call “ OK”. The other two are the kind you get in a bubble gum machine. HUGE disappointment! The rings they show on “ customers” hands have to be fake! These are nice, Quality rings! This is a bait and trap scheme. Total waste of 25.00! Don’t buy free this company!

Please do not send no more .and do not take of my money thank you . Do not_ send please.
