I got four rings. I ordered my size. One ring wasn't the right size. The last ring i got won't take the code you sent me. It said please enter 18 digit code. My code is 8 digits

I hadn't realized I had signed into a monthly subscription with this company and was glad to have a speedy reply back to cancel both the order and subscription, but it's been about a week since I canceled everything and have not been reimbursed the 196.58 dollars from my account.

Just an UpDate. My fingers still aren't green and i still love this product!!! And its been over a week. I got my bath bombs in the mail yesterday and I couldn't be more excited. I ordered the $1 bath bomb, 2 bath bombs for approximately $14 each, the belle of the balls gift set for $20 and the premium package monthly gift set for $30. I received a free ring with my first initial purchase plus 3 additional free rings with the premium package. And let me tell you ladies, these rings are gorgous!!! I am a size 6 and I love the thick comfort fit of these ring bands. None of these rings have discolored my fingers after 24 hours of wear. I have used one bath bomb out of the 8 that I received for a demonstration and another for my after work soak and ladies if you are a first time buyer you will love the way the bombs smell and feel. And you will love these beautiful rings. Thank you so much bubbly belles for a fantastic experience. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these bath bombs.

It seems that many people had bad experiences and I am sorry that happened. I on the other hand have had the exact opposite. My experience with this company since August has been nothing less than professional and pleasant. I have had contact with them on a couple of occasions regarding a delay in an order and they got back to me immediately. I have never received the same ring and they have all come the correct size. The bath bombs are well made and we have enjoyed them very much. I even had to skip an order and that was a simple process. I hope they keep up the good work !!

I see a lot of ppl complaining and some are for good reason, however some are due to a lack of knowledge...so I’m going to fill ppl in before they buy. Most, if not all of the bath bombs have a ring inside valued at $15 or slightly more than that depending on the ring you receive. Since these are cheap rings, they are made from cheap material and after a certain point will definitely turn your finger green. Next, in the terms and conditions it states clear as day that they do not offer refunds unless the product was damaged during the shipping process, they will refund you for the bath bomb itself or send you a new one but will not refund nor replace the ring. A little tip...NEVER subscribe to anything that you are not absolutely 100% certain you want a subscription for, read all terms and conditions so that you know what you’re getting into before you actually purchase an item. MOST IMPORTANTLY...when making online purchases from a company that isn’t widely known like Amazon, Walmart, Target...etc, ALWAYS use a prepaid card that way it can’t be charged more than you actually want it to be. Follow these simple rules of online shopping and you’ll no longer have such complaints. My personal experience with Bubbly Belle was pleasant...I got three lovely (all be it cheap) rings, two lovely scented bath bombs which I couldn’t actually use due to pregnancy but still enjoyed the scents as I allowed them to fizzle out in a sink, all three rings fit as they should, I received my items in a timely manner, and had no problems entering in all three codes that came with the rings.

My favorite is the zen but it won't let you get more than one per order, I like the bombs but the rings aren't great I keep getting doubles and one says it's worth $25 but the other same ring says $15 I don't want the same rings somehow they need a way to mix it up and if one ring is worth one amount than the same exact ring should be the same.

Absolutely awful.... rings are cheap and tacky. Packaging looked like a toddler wrapped it , ball broken... and the best part of the whole “bubbly belle” experience is the allergic reaction I had to the so called mellow bomb I received!! Stay far far away from this company and their craptastic products! Believe me there are way better companies out there that won’t take you or your hard earned money for granted!!

Never received my order . Never got an email it was sent . Money is gone from account. Very disappointed. I never have money to waste. I’ll never order again. They don’t even get one star , I just wanted to write my review. They are thieves.
