there are hidden fees that you don't see until AFTER you check out, and even then, when you cancel the order, you're still charged an amount!! Here, ill give you an example. my order was originally $28 that's with shipping and taxes. After I checked out and paid, my total was 10$ more!!! I quickly canceled that order, I did not appreciate the fact of the hidden fee I was not shown. Now I just checked my bank transactions a few days later and I was still charge an amount of 11.56? what a scam. So unprofessional and ridiculous. do not buy! customer service also sucks. I haven't heard back.

Bubbly Belle is a very pleasant company to deal with. They will correct any mistakes and willing to postpone or cancel the monthly subscriptions without delay which is very much appreciated on my part.

I have nothing but compliments for this company. The bath bombs are amazing, the rings are beautiful, the essential oils smell wonderful, and even the customer service is fantastic! Every time I have reached out to the support team, I have gotten an answer back in a remarkably short time, even on weekends. Best wishes and good health to everyone on the Bubbly Belle team through these tough times. Keep up the great work.
