i purchased a few bath bombs two weeks ago and i havent gotten any shipping notifications or anything

They've made improvement to their bath bomb designs, their packaging, and their code delivery (not paper that can get wet and smear anymore!) They've delivered some really cute bombs recently! Keep improving!

I was very excited to order a few bath bombs after watching a review, I received my order today and I decided to try one out. I was so disappointed, it barely made a slight fizz not like they show on the website. I figured maybe it was a bad bomb so I had my son bring me another. I drained my tiny, apartment size tub and refilled it about 1/4 of the way full and dropped it in. Again, it made no fizz and now I’m sitting in a tub with dirty looking water and it doesn’t smell like lavender at all. The first one was the Sleep bomb and it didn’t have any scent either. Now I’m stuck with one bomb left and quite frankly, I don’t even want to try it. If there is a subscription, I want it canceled, it was a waste of $32!

I ordered it for the first time and it said I had subscribed and such. How do I undo that. I don't want to pay monthly.

I have been trying for several months to find a number to cancel the subscription that I DID NOT subscribe to. I did accept a couple of months but I can no longer get into a bathtub to use the bubbly belles any longer so do not have a use for the belles. I am returning two boxes of the belles and will refuse any further boxes from your company. I want reimbursed for the ones that I did not order and will not pay for anymore that you send to my address., I am also very disappointed in the quality of the rings that were in the belles that I had to waste in the lavatory as I can't use the tub.... please cancel all orders that I never subscribed too SINCERELY...MARILYN KING 209 POLK ST, BEDFORD,IA 500833-1101

I was nervous about the price at first, I believe my first order was around $60 to $70. I was not going to spend any more than $20, but I kept getting lured in by all the extra “free” or just $1. I was a bit carried away. The very first bath bomb I received was amazing it had little dried flowers and things. That was the only one I received like that. After that the bombs I’ve received are less quality. A lot of times when I reveal my code I won a premium ring, which is why I would continue my orders, but I have never recieved a premium ring. The most valueable ring I’ve ever Recieved was valued at $20. I don’t want to keep ordering my “free” rings when I always end up paying $11 in shipping and then another trap to lure me in to buying more “free” $15-$20 rings the only way to be entered into the sweepstakes for the “grand prize” is to order more. I also noticed that the winners all live in the same state... that seems quite like a fake random winner???
