I ordered a Nintendo switch and havent heard anything about it yet. I wanted to have it by Christmas however it doesnt look like i will be getting it at all at the moment.

I recently ordered from bubbly belle, due to seeing an inordinate amount of advertising on Instagram. Seemed like a decent deal, and would make for a nice Christmas stocking stuffer. Got suckered in to the $1 item, then half off one then another as a bonus. They charged me top shipping, took forever for this to come from Fl. To MD, Had they shipped using a flat rate USPS $5.95 Box ,I would have had it in a few days and spent a lot less in shipping and handling for crappy costume rings that aren’t even real .925 silver. I bet the stones are glass or plastic too. Can’t speak highly of the bath bombs either. I could have made 10+ of these myself for a lot less then what I spent on 2 bath bombs. Don’t waste your money on these. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the bomb as well as the bonus rings, valued at $10.... Woohoo.... watch out goodwill I am sending you major treasures

I also ordered early December and have not received my order as well. So much for stocking stuffers. Wished I read the reviews first I would not ordered.

Your company took $172.99 out of my account 11/28/2019, it is now Dec 22, 2019. I have not received a single thing from you, I want my money refunded, I never received an email or any correspondence from you, bad way to run a business.

Was going to buy something and somehow more was added to my order and when I tried to back track to take it off my order list it charged me without my saying it was okay. I got charged 44.41 and 20.78. I didnt want this and now I have to fight to get this money back. Edit. That was not what I was expecting at all. I called them up and told them that I wanted to cancel my orders they never asked for a reason and immediately canceled it. Now I know I have to wait 5 to 10 business days to get my money back on my card but that's okay.

I purchased some bath bombs for the first time for my daughter thinking how much fun it would be for her to get a prize at the end with the ring. It took 3 weeks to receive. Which ok fine I ordered well in advance for her christmas gifts, but now I see a secondary charge to my account for the same cost of the first purchase, but no additional items came. I never placed a secondary order, and disputed the charge on my account. be warned, I should have read the reviews before taking the chances on a fun experience.

I am so very disappointed. This was someone’s Christmas present that I ordered December 5, 2019. As of today, I still have NOT received my order. I emailed customer service 4 different times and a lady name Karen plus calling, AND still NOT a word from nobody. Bubbly Belle has my money and I’m out of the money and items. Looks like I can’t even get a refund. Never had this happen before.

I placed my order 11/25/2019. I still don’t have my order. I received the email stating my order was processed after over a week I contracted the company to check on the status since I never received a tracking number. They apologized and said they would redo my order and get it shipped out. On 12/13 I received another email stating the new order was processed. And again still waiting for a tracking number. No one can tell me when my order will ship or if I’ll even receive it before Christmas. I bought these bath bombs for Christmas gifts and now I’ll have to go out last minute to replace them if they don’t come in time.
