I like most of the teas I purchased from Buddha Teas and the customer service is very friendly and helpful. However, I have had problems with many teabags were torn when I tried to open the outside teabags. Also, shipping were not as fast as used to be. Overall, I am satisfied with the Buddha Teas services and the quality of teas.

I ordered some teas for my daughter, but omitted part of her address. Buddha Teas didn't bat an eye, they just resent the package with no charge to me. I will send more packages to both my children. Exceptionally fast shipment/delivery. Some of my individual tea boxes were a little banged up and I had to redress the gift basket as it shifted do maybe secure the goods more in the boxes is my only real complaint. I truly enjoyed the teas as did my friend who received the basket for her birthday. Thank you.
