how about shipping my order.ordered 4mos ago. asked for a refund ,no response

My experience was disappointing. The service didn't meet my expectations, and I wasn't happy with the overall process. I would have expected much better.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Listen people don't be fooled by the low prices because chances are you will never get your order if you are lucky a partial order with a 3 to 6 month wait time. I had to get my credit card company involved to get my refund. Not only will these people not communicate with you they don't even answer the bank seeking info so their failure to do that got me my refund. I plan to notify the feds so that his criminal organization is shut down for good. They are basically committing wire fraud and I wish I could be there to see this owner get slapped with the papers and arrested.

They were good for about a year. Now they have ripped me off for $155 having to dispute it with credit card company. Stay away from these crooks. Won't respond to my emails...cowards.

This company has the worst shipping and response practices I have ever cone across. On my current order, they have not responded to any of the 4 messages I have sent them and my order status has not changed in almost a month. These practices are unacceptable for a business.

I placed my order with them on July 3, 2026 and my credit card was charged for my order. Today is September 18, 2026, I still haven’t received my order, I’ve sent them four emails (at least) asking for my order or my money back and have not heard one word from anyone. I used them in the past for e juice orders but NEVER AGAIN and I caution anyone thinking about purchasing products from them!

I ordered on 7/28/26 . The order finally updated from "order placed" to "order processing"on 8/7. It still says processing now almost 2 months later and I sent messages I sent emails and have gotten no response. I've been shopping on here for years and they've always been great until now I don't understand what's going on.

I placed an order on 7/03/26 and website indicates it’s been processing since 7/07. Sent messages through website and by email and still no response. Never had a problem in the past so this is extremely disappointing. Still getting emails about sales though … unbelievable.
