I recently visited BWW at Promenade on Providence in Charlotte NC and I was shocked by how incredibly tiny the bone-in wings were! Seriously these were the smallest wings I've ever seen.. There was barely any meat on them. For the prices you're paying, you'd expect a reasonable amount of chicken. Instead it felt like I was paying restaurant prices for mostly bones. I've had wings here before, and I don't remember them being this ridiculously small. Has the quality or sizing of the wings changed ? Because this was disappointing and it makes me think twice about coming back. I hope management takes notice because customers deserve better value for their money.

I placed an order thru GrubHub from Buffalo Wild Wings that should have cost about $35 in total, Free Delivery included. However, BWW would not accept my choice of a 15 pcs Bone In Wing, for $14.40 without add-ons, making this portion of my order $29.28. BWW changed my tip to 2x the amount I authorized after I add my form of payment. To make things worst my $7.29 salad was all lettuce that was rotten and withered, 1 sliced tomato, and 1 pcs of cucumber. My Chicken Strips were over fried, and spicy (I didn't order spicy) Chicken strips. Don't Order for BWW, but if you take the risk, Watch Your Receipt! Disappointed

I went to the Beaverton location. The bartender was not very good. It was not busy at all. I was only drinking water with my food and ran out. Was out for quit some time. Finally got his attention and asked for more water, About ten minutes later he said oh yeah you needed some water. I said I did but I took my glass into the bathroom and filled it up, His response was, Oh

We were at the Galesburg IL BWW on Saturday 5/16/2026 after a graduation event. We had reservations for 16 people and by the time we arrived there the place was busy but not packed. Service started out very good and then declined very quickly after the first drink order was taken. By the time our meals arrived 2 of us were ready for another beverage so we asked our waiter. Oh, and when I received my food, I did not get my fries so the next time I saw our server I had to remind her to please bring them. The next thing was when the 2nd beverage 2 of us had ordered never came until after about 20 minutes and they were delivered by someone else saying she didn't know anything about this but here you go. So we were finishing up our wings and remember it was an after-graduation party, so we were having good conversation and not in a huge hurry to leave, so we asked our server to bring us another Beverage which we never got, and we never saw her again until she delivered all of the diner tickets for payment. POOR SERVICE will ruin a business!! We can go to another local establishment on Tuesdays for a dozen huge and delicious boneless wings basket of fries and a couple of drinks for both of us for around $20 so you need to Do Better!! You charge premium prices, so I expect Premium service! 😎🎼🎤🎺

I ordered 10 to go wings and only about half the wings were coated with sauce. Also ordered tater tots and couldn’t taste the vinegar for the salt and vinegar coating I ordered for them, just salt. This is not my typical experience with them. Using my wings are good and were and I could taste the vinegar on the tots. Hope it goes back to the great service I usually receive. Went to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Oxford, Ms. Grandson ordered 10 boneless wings and french fries. I ordered the Honey BBQ Chicken salad with NO Honey BBQ Sauce but with Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette. We waited an extremely long time and the server brought my salad (NOT my grandson's chicken). The salad had Ranch dressing on it and I informed the server I asked for Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette. The server went to the kitchen, returned and told me it would be a "while" for me to get my salad. My grandson finally got his chicken but NO fries. Quite some time later I finally got my salad with Italian Dressing (NOT Lite Balsamic) By this time it was getting late so I told the server I needed to take the salad To Go and I never received my extra chicken. I asked for the check and was charged for the fries my grandson never received and the chicken I never received. I told the server we NEVER received the fries nor the extra piece of chicken. Server returned with another check, this time charging for the chicken I never received. Again, called the server and explained this to her. Finally got the correct check, paid it and will never return.

Service seems to be going downhill lately. Used to live coming to this establishment but now would rather give my money to another chain.

Today was my First and Last visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. Location was Williamsport, PA. Service was fine but when I returned home I was disappointed to find the wings to be small and over cooked. Not worth $1.51 each. What a rip off!!!
