I've been using resources from Bugendai and have been very happy. The code is clean and they're great at communication. They were able to staff on a very short notice and I've been very pleased with the work.

It was a great experience working with Bugendaitech team on our integrations in salesforce with our data science project. Our sales team can now able to generate more leads seamlessly with automations they have helped in. We would love to collaborate on our upcoming projects.

After initial interview we clicked, there was hope that our unreasonably tight deadlines would stand a chance. After few discussions over a period of a week, some ideas were offered. There was a genuine attempt to be helpful and that was appreciated it. 10 days post initial conversation, there was form of discussion about committing to our tight deadlines and that request for commitment was rejected. At which point a link to this review was posted with request to leave 5 star review. My initial 'Lets first do some work together' response was met with hostility and how I have shown 'my colors'. Not only did we spend 10 days to find out commitment to our timelines wasn't agreed upon. I found my self defending how this whole situation set us back, after bringing this concern to Ross, his only response was 'review does not cost anything'. His completely lack of being related to how the whole thing was handled is where the 1 star for Lack of Class. Yes they appear to be very knowledgeable, but completely out of touch if your project is on unreasonable deadline. If you do go into business together, make sure to get a firm commitment before going any further.

The team at BugendaiTech were professional and communicated well with me throughout our project. The regular update sessions were solid. The team always ensured that I understood what they were working on and asked me for feedback. They were also receptive to feedback. Do consider reaching out to the team at BugendaiTech if you have any projects in natural language processing.

I had a complicated, API Integration into Salesforce, on a tight timeline, that was executed successfully by BugendaiTech. BugendaiTech provided me with detailed updates, timely responses and excellent service, and they were also available for questions after the integration was complete. They were friendly, customer-focused, and took the time to understand my needs. I greatly enjoyed working with the BugendaiTech team and will use them again if we need a Salesforce consultant in the future. I highly recommend using BugendaiTech for your Salesforce API Integration!"
