Buildium has made our recordkeeping very simple. Communication with tenants is always up front so we don't miss anything. It would be nice to NOT have so many updates but most are helpful.

Features need to be easier to use. Changing bank information could be easier. Software is not good for bigger companies

As far as the software is concerned, I consider it an excellent tool for what we do. It keeps our team up to date and informed and our tenants in communication with us. Very pleased with Buildium as a tool for our team.

it could use some flexibility like allow you to prorate any given month and between months as well for every user to receive notifications about email and messaginf directly in our gmail account
