We spend less time accomplishing the same tasks as compared to our efforts prior to Buildium. We eliminated the use of several apps and consolidated those efforts into one app (Buildium). Our Tenants truly appreciate having the large property manager features in our small family owned business. I think we get more applicants due to these features (Tenant portal suite and eSignature) and we retain them longer.

Buildium continues to improve their service to property managers making our job easier to do. Finding new ways to make the process easier is what makes Buildium and ReaPage the best in property management. Expanding the partnerships and integration with Buidlium has made the Buildium program invaluable.

The system is very good. The only bad thing I’ve seen is when I run a report (bank transactions) and click on the email to send to my clients their email addresses are not there automatically. I need to copy/paste their email addresses every time I send them reports.

Thanks for your review, Julianne. If you have your clients saved in your Buildium account, you should be able to select them from a checklist. You should see a quick menu in the Recipients field. Then you can select the recipient type, and then click the check box next to each client you wish to send the report to. If you need any further assistance, please reach out to the customer care team. - Charlie W

We use buildium and seriously I have zero to say that is positive. When you reach their ‘award winning’ customer service it’s usually someone in their house who wants to pawn you off of on another person who never calls back. They submit a request to have someone call you and they rarely do. Seriously the financial and banking side of their app needs someone who actually has experience in the terminology and lingo used in banking and finance as their site is difficult and often doesn’t make sense. Been trying to get help from someone not in the Philippines who actually can help me. Don’t use this site. I’d rather pay twice and have a better site and actual help for their lame site.

Terrible customer service and not all of their customer service reps seem to know how to fix things. Onboarding was terrible and felt like we were hung out to dry and had to learn everything step by step in order to get things up and running. Very disappointing to have to spend hours a day on the phone with them trying to get through or being on hold to get issues resolved. Recently, we had a tenant who stopped payment and reversed all of her payments. Buildium took the monies out of our account without previous notification and we were left high and dry with a tenant who occupied the property for months and then reversed her rent payments made and now we are evicting her. Buildium should have notified us to dispute this and not just take the monies back that the tenant willfully paid in the first place. We have lost owners due to how long it takes for the funds to process through EFT's and the application process takes far too long as you have to wait days for the application fees to process before running their screening. We have lost potential tenants as well due to the delays. This experience has been the worst! We are now in search of a new software company to help our expanding rental company.

Do not use this company. They recently deleted all my data and informed me there is no way to recover it.
