Talking to reps helping me are very patient when I type on my laptop. They always answer my question and are very fast giving me answers to understand my problems. They answer the phone calls the same day and make sure I am satisfied before I hung up since it's a long distance communication. I can always count on them 'cos they are professionals.

Omar was very quick in helping me with a complex problem! He was personable and super helpful! As for the software, overall I like it. On the task screen, next to the green button top right is a button that says "Add to project" which I have NO idea what it's for.
