It's saved me so much time since I switched to Buildium. The offer great flexibility and conveniences. Web site not perfect, but they are continuously working on it, and adding things, and moving things around trying to improve it. Support it good. I would recommend this PM system. I manage 38 doors. 32 SFH, and 2 4-plexes.

Buildium software is very well designed, reliable and easy to use. The help line team is very knowledgeable and customer focused. I truly believe that Buildium hit the mark on overall outstanding software solution and tram. Their commitment to continuous software improvements and customer education via videos and simple instructions is also a great asset.

I wish the software had more accounting functionality and could integrate with my leasing software subscription. The leasing end is very very basic so there’s no way I can use it for my needs. The customer service, online portals and pricing is great. Thanks!

I have a strong back ground in accounting and Buildium has several accounting limitation that are not necessary. Just haven't taken the time to list them all or tell Buildium about them.

Buildium is great for small rental property managers! I have used Buildium for 10 years and I really like that they have affordable plans for owners like myself. The small owner option has everything I need to keep track of my property and has allowed me to compete with larger properties by offering easy online pay for my residents.

Update many years later and still using cannot be all bad. Could be a lot better, not always easy to use as has some very annoying faults,
